Anyone use this before. Wondering if it's any good. Picked it up for 10 bucks so even if it's junk no big loss

I can't imagine a use for it in guitar building, but very handy for dovetail joints in furniture building. Think of the dovetail joints in antique furniture drawers.

I actually have that same one. Had it for years. It works okay for furniture projects. Not as advanced as some of the new ones out there but its okay. Haven't used it in years though....Mike

Definitely worth $10. One nice thing about the simple jigs over the more advanced ones is they are easy to use and don't take up much space. It will come in handy for the few times you will want to make dovetails (or boxjoints on the other side of the template?).
